The Elliana Collection is named after my daughter Elliana. It is a simple design which was a commissioned by a client in Cape Town. I decided to make this available as a collection which is available online in different timbers and finishes.
Wood is a natural material and will certainly vary from one tree to another. Knots should not be seen as defect, I believe they add character and make each piece of furniture unique. Natural hairline cracks may appear in time and some timber movement may occur depending on moisture level changes. Colour variation might occur depending on the exposure to light and artificial light. Natural colour changes shouldn’t be seen as a defect.
